?Sustainable Design:

The Education of an Architect?

Join us as we consider:

? How is each school/program addressing Sustainable Design

? How are the programs defining sustainable design? For example, is a building really ?Sustainable? if it is not entirely off-grid?

? Are the programs addressing sustainable design on the scale of communities and regions?

? How are the schools addressing sustainable design as it specifically relates to the Chesapeake Bay region?

? How does each school address LEED, and what role should LEED play if other than setting a regulatory baseline, and third-party certification role?

? Currently, sustainable design is an area where students may have greater knowledge than firms that they will be joining. Is this affecting their professional decisions

Academic leaders from the following schools
